The time required depends on the service and the size of your home.
We begin with a 30-minute conversation to understand your goals, daily routines, and any health concerns, so every measurement is tailored to how you live.
From there, we evaluate your home using professional-grade testing equipment. A comprehensive assessment can take up to 6 hours, and we finish with a walkthrough to discuss our initial findings and answer your questions.
Some laboratory results take 5–7 days to process. You’ll receive your final report, a prioritized Healthy Home Design Plan, within 2 weeks of the assessment.
Findings are only the start. We help guide you through next steps, from vetted products and trusted service providers to any necessary remediation, so your plan turns into real improvements.
A typical home inspection takes 2–3 hours. We evaluate the condition of the property from top to bottom and identify potential concerns before you commit.
During the final hour, we walk through the home together to review key findings, answer your questions, and help you better understand the property.
You receive a clear, easy-to-understand report with our findings and next steps. Additional environmental testing may take more time, such as 48 hours for radon or 2–3 days for water quality results.
